Let it be great A customer shows you that the chicken they bought at the deli is raw. How would you assist the customer? a) Tell the customer raw chicken is not that bad and they should be grateful they can afford chicken. b) Apologise to the customer for the raw chicken. Get authorisation from the Team Leader for a replacement chicken for the customer. Ask the customer if there is anything else you can assist them with. c) Take the chicken to the Deli and place it where it can be served for the next customer who might not have a problem with the chicken. d) Tell the customer the chicken is cooked in a timed oven and therefore cannot be raw. You are working in the canned food section, packing and tidying shelves. You notice that a customer has been walking up and down and seems to be looking for something. They look angry. What should you do? a) Tell your Team Leader that some of the canned food items that are usually in stock are missing. b) Continue packing items on the shelf. c) Go to the back of the store to collect more stock. d) Approach the customer and ask whether you can help.
