Hello, my name is Lou. I have been working in the mental health field since 2008 as a therapist. I am skilled and experienced in communicating with people and helping them to navigate through difficult moments in life. I would like to use this platform to help people with coping with life stressors in healthy ways, as well as just giving them an opportunity to talk and get things off their chest, if that's what they are seeking. I would like to state that this is NOT a replacement for mental health therapy. Anyone who is experiencing severe mental health issues should seek out the proper resources in their community. I hope to be able to provide guidance and an empathic ear, but will not be providing mental health therapy on this platform. Thank you.
