How do I set my availability?

Tap your profile picture or use the status toggle in your dashboard. Set yourself as Online, Busy, or Offline. Only online mavens receive call requests.

Can I block someone?

Yes. During a call or chat, tap the menu and select "Block User". You can manage blocked users from Settings. Blocked users cannot contact you or see your online status.

I'm having audio/video issues during calls

Check your internet connection and make sure your browser has permission to use your microphone and camera. We recommend Chrome or Firefox for the best experience.
